an lovely getaway
friendly staff modern room
The staff were friendly and helpful. my room was modern, bright, and airy. the bathroom included a great hairdryer and a wet room with a huge shower head. the tram stop was a short walk. It made exploring easy!
my room faced the opposite building and road. noise from neighbors was disruptive at times. this impacted my sleep.

the room was clean. the beds were comfortable. the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of variety and good quality. the location is convenient with the tram station right next to the hotel.
i found the decor a bit outdated. the lifts seemed old and scruffy. the air conditioning did not seem to work as well as i expected.

Solid Hotel Experience
efficient check-in polite receptionist convenient location
Check-in was efficient, the receptionist was very polite. I also appreciated the staff at the restaurant. They were mannerly. The hotel location proved convenient. It was near the Airport C6 Bus Stop. (I found it quite helpful for my travel).
I found that the hotel seems overly eager to charge extra for small things. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room. You need to pay a €10 deposit if you want a beach towel, and even if you use the same towel during your stay, you'll still be charged €1 for washing it.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff at the reception were very nice. The staff at the restaurant were also polite. I found all staff interactions pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel is close to the beach. It is also near a shopping mall. I found the location convenient for accessing both the beachfront and various shopping options.
